First step taken to stop the London Plan from decimating London

I am thrilled to announce that I am working with Estelle Dehon and Ruchi Parekh of Cornerstone Barristers to take forward a challenge to the London Plan

I will be using Estelle and Ruchi’s opinion on the merits and potential grounds of our claims against the London Plan - including matters relating to heritage, open spaces, protected habitats and species, Kingston and possible breaches of procedures - as the basis of a pre-action protocol letter to The Mayor of London

This is the first official step towards issuing a legal challenge to the London Plan

I now need to start raising £20,000 to fund Estelle and Ruchi’s issuance of a legal challenge with the Courts and to cover my potential liability to The Mayor of London’s costs. My liability to costs will be decided by the Courts after I have formally issued a legal challenge
