Could plans for growth in Kingston be unlawful?
Have we, the residents of the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames, been stitched up?
There is evidence that the policy designation of Kingston as a so-called "opportunity area" in the new London Plan may not meet legal requirements
You can support my fundraising to take the London Plan to judicial review here
I want to protect Kingston, its communities and neighbourhoods, and the outstanding historic and natural environment in and around the Borough, from plans that may not have been agreed in a proper way
I need another £600 to pay for the final legal opinion on the issues I have identified and about which you can read on my fundraising page and to send a pre-action letter to the Mayor of London
I will use any extra money that you kindly donate to review the response I receive from the Mayor and to decide whether to submit an application for judicial review to the Courts
I will donate any amounts left over at the end of the challenge to the NHS Charities Together Appeal
Please donate now to make this happen
...and thank you as always for your continuing support
